Saw the Nutritionist today --- I'm doing the happy dance!

Well I saw the Nut today for what should have been my 4 week post op appointment but ended up being 6 weeks. I am doing AWESOME... my weight loss is where it should be and I'm eating right including getting in all my protein and water! YEAH YEAH YEAH!!! It was a relief to hear it because I've been stressing about it lately because I really didn't know. So I got all the info I need and questions answered to keep me going until my 3 month post-op appointment.

Congratulations! I just had my RNY 10 days ago so I know what you mean about not knowing if you're eating what you're supposed to eat or how well you're doing. No matter how much they tell you beforehand, it seems so different once you've actually had the procedure and are home trying to follow the instructions. Keep up the great work!

Congratulations!! I am so excited for you!! I'm just starting the process (had my info session and now will start the 6 month lifestyle classes and diet on Tuesday the 11th). I'm so excited about all of this that I can hardly stand it. I think I've waited so long and the skinny girl is waiting to get the h*** out of this fat body. Again, congratulations!
