for me; this is a big freakin deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ate fairly well over the holiday but did have breads and punkin pie and stuff...and when i went to do plasma at 430 PM today i am down 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!

fyi--i am 4+ years out and some days i feel like i never had wls and others i feel like there is hope for me to someday reach goal...................................well........
ok-had to gloat cuz i am sure friday the scal ewill be back up .......
