Good morning Linda and Friends.  Still cold here too.  Looking outside, it's deceiving.  It looks so bright and warm, but this morning was 38 again.  I know that's not cold compared to some of your areas, but hey, I'm in New Orleans where it should be around 60 for the morning low.

Doctor visit yesterday - my bp is too low!  Who would have thought that after over 30 years of hbp, it would be too low.  Doc tried 4 times to get a better reading and the best was 85/58.  She had a hard time getting my temperature reading too.  I told her I was hibernating!  She didn't think that was funny.  The low bp is a contributor to my dizziness and lack of energy.  She ordered blood work.  I checked my bp this morning and got 90/60.

B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - chicken soup, cheese, strawberries
S - yogurt and granola
D - catfish, roasted veggies, and cous cous
S - d/k, probably protein shake or yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit.  Definitely not peanut butter and crackers - ate too many last night.

Good morning Linda and OFF friends....
Linda I'm so glad you do this thread every day... even tho I haven't been here much lately.
Thanks!

Breakfast was some ham and yogurt.
Morning snack was some low fat cheese
Lunch will be some cod and a salad and probably some strawberries
I have clementines for an afternoon snack
Dinner is yet to be decided (as usual)... hehe

We had very weird snow here in Milwaukee yesterday.  At our house we got just a dusting and the airport which is less than 10 miles away got 14 inches.  My hubby who works at the airport had to stay for overtime.  I work even further west in a Milwaukee suburb and there was NO snow out here.  It's called lake effect snow... something to do with Lake Michigan I guess.

I hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday.

Hiya Laura, that is funny snow! I am warm here in AZ,but we have the flu running amok in our state.
This thread helped me to lose weight, our weight is tied to everyting we do,until we learn to keep the food dragon at bay.
We all help each other for sure.
Thank you for being here!

HI Y'ALL,

Good day here too.  I've got the ball rolling at work regarding a long standing retirement issue affecting my hire date.  And I'm envisioning a satisfactory solution very soon.
Also a promising tenant will come to see the spare room after work.  He is a long time resident of Carmel Valley and has a grinding shop here.  Also I know his current and former landlord.  It could be weird living with a guy but it will be month-to-month in case it doesn't work out.  Wish I had cleaned that room but what will be, will be.

Food is pretty much the same as yesterday.
B coffee/protein bar
L tuna salad and clementines
s peanuts
D beef stir fry with cabbage, shredded carrots and snow peas
s SF pudding

Have a day filled with joy, success and possibility.  Much love, CV Linda

Let us know how it works out.
