Brenda,it doesn't sound like your pills are working,do you have allergies, they are awful this time of year, and even if you never had them, they can develop...
Thank you for your kind words,I think sometimes it hard being alone, but I guess that is the way it is supposed to be.
You take care..ok??

Linda, hope you're doing better.  Makes you wonder what monster was hiding in your salad.  My nausea left around 2 yesterday afternoon.  I managed to eat 4 crackers between then and last night, along with another protein drink and a cup of tea.  Today I stayed with my routine of protein shake for breakfast and another one for a snack.  A nice cup of hot coffee felt really good going down.  Lunch I splurged and bought shrimp gumbo from the cafeteria (no rice), and ate 2 crackers.  Dinner tonight - well, being a good Catholic girl, I think I should not eat meat, but I've got chicken and meatloaf already cooked in the frig.  Soooo...  Besides, as we've discussed before, eating great Louisiana seafood just isn't a sacrifice!  It would be a sin to waste perfectly good food.

Debbie, you sound so much better today! Now you know years ago the Catholic church took away fish on Friday, but I know what you mean, still feels funny, especially during Lent.
I am happy to hear your food is staying down,I think I ate too fast yesterday...smile.
Keep smiling...
