I did my 5:45am spin class!! It's bright and sunny here in Kalamazoo Michigan...I plan on going for a walk during my lunch hour too. It's just toooooo nice outside, it's going to be 70 today.
My friend Maggie was discharged from her RNY surgery. She is doing great.
Saturday is our bariatric reunion, our 2nd one, it's should be fun.
