Mornin everyone,,,

Yesterday i overdid it on the carbs,,ritz crackers,,,ugh!

Today im sorting clothes to take to the new consignment shop so I have some motivation to stay on track,,i have some nice things I can almost wear!!
So here goes..

B- 2 sl diet bread and 1 T peanut butter
s- slim fast
L- soup
D- meatloaf I think,,and salad.
S- popcorn (gotta have that crunch!!)

Had that grilled KFC last night. It's pretty good. Has rosemary on it.

Sorry to hear you have to have knee surgery.  I probably do too but I won't do it until I can't stand it anymore, which is probably where you're at with it.  I have good days and bad days with my knees. Hate the thought of having surgery.

Finally, just this morning, scheduled a follow-up with my wls doctor. Haven't been in over a year. Have to face the music I guess. Gained about 10 pounds but I need my labs done to see where I'm at with that stuff. Been bad about taking my vitamins too.  I know, I probably need a good spanking.

Hugs Barb,taking care of ourselves is a learned process. I have needed surgery for about 15 years,now it is a question of how many. Take care.

Good morning everyone,
Had a couple of eating slips yesterday with cookies at work and some potato salad.
But left work early because I have to burn a few vacation hours this month and did some more gardening.  I've got the garden fever now that the weather has cooled somewhat.
Have a date with my new online guy Thursday after work.

It's a beautiful day in Southern Arizona today.  85 degree's and dry.  Blue skies as far as the eyes can see.  The mountains are gorgeous.  I think I'm having a gratitude attack!  Thank you god.
