Wwwhhhooo!! I sold my house!

Just got a call from my Realtor, had an offer on my house and they are serious, put down $10,000.00 Ernest money. My Realtor wouldn't let me sign yet cuz there is another couple coming to see the house this afternoon. I'm just pleased to get an offer here because Michigan is just not doing well along with everyone else.

Today of all days my husband forgot his cell phone so I can't contact him about the offer but since I'm not signing anything until tomorrow it's all good.

The other couple never came by to look at the house, no call no show.
So it looks like I'm accepting the first offer and moving on with my life. Load off my shoulders just getting this house sold in this economy!
