Wanted to share.  I've lost 62lb now and bought new scrubs last night.  Gone from 5x and 4x scrubs to 2x and 1x (top and bottom) scrubs...Yahoo.  Can't wait to be mediums..those are the cute ones. But my gut is still big and I have all this skin..I need to tone up..any good ideas????

Congratulations on a job well done!  That belly fat is the last to go sometimes. Just be patient, it will happen.

I do water aerobics x2 week, weight lifting class x2 a week and spin class. I also walk one hour everyday or ride my bike. I always jazz my exercise program up so I don't get the "I don't want to go to the gym today mood". I also dance and teach linedancing. Oh yeah...I jump on our trampoline with my grandkids.

Be sure to lift weights, that will tone your body.
I'm now a size 6/8 and plastics are not in my future so I gotta exercise.
You will be in those med scrubs soon!

Redkat, You're doing a GREAT job losing.  Congrats on the loss.  I'm sure you are already feeling so much better?
It's also good to see a post from a fellow Kentuckian!  I lived there for 48 of my years, it's still home even though I now live in Colorado.
Take care and keep posting.  It's good to hear from you.
As far as the skin and stuff, well, I'm still trying to work on my "muffin top".  I just keep exercising with walking, biking and more.  Good luck!

Congratulations and you are doing so awesome. It is work but in the end is so worth every bit of sweat equity that you put in to it.

As for the muffin top...just keep doing what you have to do and in the end I think you will be happy with what you have accomplished.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Thanks all.  I'm pretty jazzed right now.  I don't want to get complacent start slipping (I was told you had 6 months to change your bad habits to make this all successful). The hardest part is going to be exercising.  I'm walking, but that isn't building strength and muscle.  that is going to take some discipline.  I hadn't thought of muffin top, I thought of play do stomach.  Good to hear from all of you.  We make them big in Ky, and we are all trying to shrink.  Kat
