Hello everyone.
Well I didn't make it to weight lifting class at 0545. I will walk later today when it's stops raining here in Kalamazoo, will walk during lunchtime.
Busy here at work and will go sit with dad today after work for awhile at Rose Arbor.
Getting lots of support from my family and friends.

It's Payday Friday!! Now that's something to look forward to...only it's all spent!! LOL

It's raining down here in Sturgis too.....I'm killing time till I have to take my van over to get serviced at 9:30.

I've stripped the bed (king size) and have most of the bedding washed in preparation for my new queen size bed they are to
deliver this afternoon.   I bought some new sheets yesterday
and they are awful -- they were Cannon and 100% cotton and not
cheap either, when I washed them they came out all wrinkled and
nasty.....I am furious.  I tried ironing them and they still don't
look too good....what's with that?   Will take a better look at
what they're made of next time.....can't take them back since
I've already washed them, but I'm sure not happy.

Supposed to rain here all day - was hoping for a little sunshine, but guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Friday is my payday too - first check with the extra hours....yea!

Well, better get my butt in gear and drive over to the garage.

 Just because you washed them does not mean they won't take them back.  I'd call and let them know they did not meet  your expectations when washed.  They might take them back....  repeat customers and customer satisfaction is very important especially in this economy.   Worth a try.

The rain must be staying south. It's been gloomy and chilly all day, and my body says it's going to rain ... I've had a headache and my knee and back hurts. Still, it hasn't rained. The only water I see is the condo sprinklers going.

It's pouring and cold here in Warren.  Is this really June?

Getting ready for the neighborhood yard sale! sigh

Hi Eileen and all my OFF friends,
Yesterday was our 37th anniversary.  We went to see the movie "Night At The Museum".  I pm'ed Annette that we know we are old now because the cashier gave us the senior discount without even asking us.  Then we went to Outback Restaurant and used some gift cards we got at Christmas.  I ate half of the blue cheese crusted Victoria filet steak and I have the other half for dinner tonight.  Hubby is always commenting that I'm a cheap date now.
We had our final cub scout meeting for the year, a picnic, on Monday night.  So I am a free woman for summer.  Except for working full time.  Now if the rain would just quit, maybe I could get out and do my gardening.  Maybe I'll paint a door and some trim tonight.  I've also got some wallpaper removal to do.
I hope we hear from Linda and Connie D. today.

I'm still too young to get the senior discount ... although I got one at McDonald's once (senior coffee). I asked the cashier how old he thought I was.  He blushed. I laughed. But I was happy I only had to pay 55 cents for my coffee. How was the movie?
