Jan,

Did she say how much meat tenderizer to put in the ounce of water?  A sprinkle?  A teaspoon?

Thanks,
Jean

I am home and happy to be so.  Too much conference food, which isn't always good on the pouch.

Today's food:

B:  toast with butter

S:  banana

L:  sandwich

S: melon

D: some type of meat.  Probably chicken.

I find it easier to post what I ate yesterday rather than today's plan cuz I don't always stick with the plan so here goes.

Breakfast: Western bagel with peanut butter and 3 oz of steak (weird combination,I know).
Lunch: 3 oz chicken parmesan, 3 bites of spaghetti
Dinner: 3 oz chicken fried steak, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
Snack: 1/4 cup strawberries/blackberries

For some crazy reason I wasn't hungry yesterday so my quantities were much smaller than usual.  Scale rewarded me with a 1/2 lb drop so I'll take it.  Now if hunger was at that level everyday, life would be perfect.

Howdy and marvelous Monday y'all,
I went to work yesterday to get ready for my meeting with the personnel director this afternoon.
Then my friend Diana and I went to see the new Harry Potter movie.  Movie snacks bad but the rest of the day was OK.  After the delicious food at the birthday party on Saturday my scale is inching up again.  I'll be more careful this week.  Hold a good thought for me regarding this afternoon meeting.  Sure would like to put ths retirement thing to rest.

Today
B coffee/ protein cereal/SF yogurt
L Hummus and pita chips with carrots
D green beans and salmon
snacks peanuts and NSA ice cream

Linda,

It's a beautiful, sunny day here, not too hot, and I feel great.  My sciatica was bothersome this weekend but someone here on OFF suggested sitting on an ice-pack and that helped a lot.

B:  multi-grain English muffin with salmon spread
S:  fruit salad
L:  deviled egg, eggplant salad, a little couscous
S:  chicken liver pate w/ sesame crackers
D:  salmon, apple salad, spinach
S:  SF chocolate pudding
