Omega 3 Fish Oil. . .
I take one of these a day, just cause. . . they are in a jell coated capsule. My question? Do we really dissolve and absorb these? Should I poke a hole in it and suck it out? Sounds greasy and yucky but if it would work better I would try it. Getting ready to order new "stuff" and this inquiring mind wants to know what you think.

I do believe they dissolve but I'm not positive.
Me, I get my omega 3 via Flaxseed oil........I put it on top of oatmeal in the morning and use it for salads sometimes.

OK - this one I know.
Liquids for gastric bypass work best on everything. The pill does not have the same amount of time to break down with the bypass.
I use a liquid in my protein drink. I can't even taste it. I also us a powder calcium that has many more good things in it.
Once I have my surgery I intend to go all liquid. No sense in taking up precious space with pills.
Take care
