Oh...do  you  have the "hum drums" and just don't wanna move?
Had those days too...but I just get er done!!

I all ready did Pilate's at 0545
Finished my 3 mile walk with Juli during our lunch/break time.
Got that walk done...before it got too hot.

Hubby and I sang at the nursing home on Sunday. When Isla played a "boogie wooogie" tune, I had them "chair dance", even got the few visitors there moving and ashakin' too!

Can't exercise due to pain in the knees or elsewhere?
Well just try to move a little bit, exercise helps with depression and just makes ya feel better.

...well actually sometimes I question the "feel better"...right now I can feel it in my calves, buttocks and thighs from the Pilate's workout this morning. Who knew just stretching, working with bands and a little ball would make your inner core scream!!!
