Update - They moved my surgery BACK to 9/26
Apparently they are really busy! I told them OK (like I have a choice) but request if they have a cancelation - put me in. If that does happen I think I can go - I lost 7 pounds and could probably take off a few more when I get to the 1000 cal diet.
I can't say I am too bummed - since I am so far out. But I would say if I were in pre-surgery diet mode I would not be happy.
My other concern is my husband. He is my main support and is now on his 3rd interview for a job in Iraq. We are holding out breath on this. Maybe the company will let him start late October. They did say late fall - I mean that could even be November right.
We shall see. No need to find stress when we have enough right in front of us.
