looking for ideas for protein drinks,  I don't like the real grainy taste, or chalky taste.

The only one I used that I liked was the Atkins Advantage shakes.  About 17 grams in each.

The Adkins shakes are the only ones that I can tolerate.  I buy them right in Target here and they are not even expensive.

There has not been one protein drink that I can hold down.  I can start them for a few days and by day three, I am throwing them up.  I know, need the protein, but I cannot drink them. 

did you try the ones I suggested to you?

For close to three years the only one I've used is Syntrax's Fuzzy Navel. It's like a peachy/orange flavor, not thick like a shake, more like crystal lite. In fact, I add just a sprinkle of orange sunrise crystal lite to bump up the orange flavor. Mix it in cold water and away you go. 138 cals, 23 grams pro.

Vitalady.com has samples for 1.99. Lots of different flavors, too.

Hey Susan, the Nectar Fuzzy Naval is only 90 calories and 23 grms of protein.  Just an fyi.

Thanks, Reggie. I've been drinking the stuff for three years, logging incorrectly the whole time. Hmmm, let's see...3 yrs x 48 cals====Gee!  I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay under my calorie budget.....
