Jan, the insurance for W.C. was called today by Bill. She told them that it didn't fall under w.c. according to the hospital records. I said loud enough for her to hear me that was alright..we would get a lawyer. Then she said that he needed to go see his own doctor and get a release to go back to work. I said that we would get a lawyer (yet again loud enough for her to hear me and Bill repeated it too) then she changed her tune and said that they got no records from either the hospital or the doctor. I called the doctor and they sent it to them on the 26th of this month and got a confirmation they received it. The nurse then verified that she talked to the woman at the insurance company and told them that there is no past record that would indicate that it was a previous condition.

The woman then called back and told Bill that she has a appointment made for him to see the w.c. doctor tomorrow to see about a time that he could come back to work. I'm sorry but they were suppose to have given him that information over 2 weeks ago! It is federal law! I did mention loud enough also that I have the phone number for OSHA too. Interesting isn't it?

Nothing new here.  I weigh later today and am not looking forward to it.   Other than that, I am just here.  I don't want to repeat July either.

Have a good day

Hey CArla and all......maybe Carla forgot to change her calendar last month,  ya know she was traveling a lot.....LOL!

Where did August go, but I'm with the rest of you, personally I am glad it's almost over and I sure don't want to repeat it!

It's 46 degrees here this morning.....brrrr.  They were calling for frost warnings north of Grand Rapids.  The week forecast looks good with nice temps and no rain.

What are your plans for the Labor Day Weekend???   Me, well, I don't have any as usual.....still not comfortable driving any distance, so I'll just be home relaxing - maybe I'll get some closets cleaned out.

Time to get some breakfast now and then off to work.   Have a
sunny Monday.

It seems that most of us don't want to redo August. I certainly don't. Both my brother and mom died in August, just 51 weeks apart, then Sherlock last week. Next year I think I'll just pull a Rip Van Winkle and sleep through the whole month.

I'm thinking about mowing the back yard today. The weather is so beautiful I just want to get out in it. It would be a big surprise for Gary to come home and have it done for him, and good exercise for me. Then again, I might just sit back and wait for the feeling to pass

Jeff and Tess came over yesterday and we ordered almost $400 worth of supplies for Saint Bella. Gotta start gearing up for holiday orders. Shipping is killing us...almost $80 to ship 10 gallons of lotion and gel bases. We could almost buy another 10 gallons for what it costs for shipping. Oh well, it is what it is.

Ok, then, hope you all have a wonderful day. I'm going to go open all the windows and get some more of that wonderful fresh air into the house.

Candy, thanks for asking, but once again I have to say no. My DIL PROMISED she'd have it up and running by Sept 1, and here it is, not ready. I'm trying to be patient with all of this, considering she has been going to school and working full time, then she had her boards about 10 days ago. I understand, really, but gosh, this has been one thing after another. She really feels badly about it, it's not like she's not aware of how much I want to get this going, and she apologizes for it all the time.  I know she was working on it last night because we talked about shipping/ return policies, etc. All of the photos are done, so all she has to do is the product discriptions.

I'd step in and do it, but considering it my house that is being used for production and my $$, I feel like I need to not enable her and MAKE her do it.

Sorry....was that more than you wanted to know???
