Oh so many congratulations are coming your way. Nothing beats little grandchildren. I found that out when we had our first one...Kayden who is now 4 months old. They grow so fast and I found out that they take your heart from before they are born.
I am blessed since I get to watch Kayden every day when his parents work.

Good morning Carla and OFF gang,
worked out in the pool doing lunges, weights, running in the pool, squats. Worked out with another gal, we pushed ourselves hard. Going for a 3 mile walk with Juli at 11am.
Enjoying the weather this week, it's sunny!! Whhhoooooooo!!
Got a meeting today at 2-3pm...yuck...hate meetings. Discussing goals. Even more yuck!
Of course no one is getting a raise this year...so I will keep a positive attitude, but man, I sure would have liked a raise! Oh well...at least I have a job!
Taking Friday and Tuesday off, going up to Mackinac, walking the bridge. Hope we have good weather up there!
BF is riding the Dalmac...bike-riding from Lansing to Mackinac. She wanted me to do this with her but I don't have a good bike for riding that long of distance...one of these years I'll do it....it's on my "Bucket list"

Had a pretty good night sleep for Me. Have to get my Dexa Scan done later today
will get the results from that next week along with all the other tests I have had done
of late.
Will start talking back surgery soon. Gotta do it, before continuing to look for work.
Go out and make it a good day!!
