Wednesday What are we eating
Hello all y'all,
Yesterday the retirement situation here was really eating me. I took a yoga class and talked with a few friends and feel much more philosophical about the situation today. Decided I needed to let go of the outcome, remind myself that I will be OK regardless, adopt the mindset that good things are already coming my way. Joy and gratitude, like always, are the key.
Yesterday I went to a birthday party and had cake/ice cream. Today I will do better.

Hi Linda and other's here's my plan for today...
B: 1 pc. toast, 2 eggs, 1 slice of cheese (yummy, good breakfast sandwich)
S: 1 banana
So far 2 cups of coffee and 24 oz. of water
S: yogurt with walnuts
L: fish and veggies and low cal strawberry tart
S: apple
S: beef jerky
D: steak and veggies
S: V-8 juice or Low carb slimfast...depends on my mood.

Hello, everyone!
Whata busy day...cleaning, laundry then went into the city to get my teeth cleaned, then bought Mother's groceries and other supploes at yet another store..stopped at her place, put her groceris away, did some laundry for her, washed her dishes (she gets behind these days), made her bed and came home, made ribs and baked beans and salad for supper and a pear & ginger crumble, got online & sent out flyers and emails...this is today's menu:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink
S fresh pear
L one slice crispy bacon, one poached egg
S none
D a few ribs , beans and sliced tomato
S maybe some pear & ginger crumble (made w/ Splenda)
