Where do you buy sublingual B12
HI and how are you doing? I don't know if my doc would prescribe the shots for me. I am going to ask her.
How have you been doing with your diet?

HI Jani!
How are you doing with your diet? I am going to buy my vitamins at walmart too. I buy some of them at walgreens. I bet I can find them cheaper at walmart. THey don't carry optisource. Can you swallow larger pills now. I think most of the vitamins are large pills.
Thanks for posting and always good hearing from you

I take a Centrum Adult Chewable as my multi vitamin, again, Walmart. My surgeon suggested that, and the flavor is ok-orange. I'm taking Celebrate chewable calcium, but don't really like it much it's flavored like berries and is really dry when you chew it. As soon as the bottle is gone I'm going to probably break my calcium pills in half and take them that way. I don't have a problem swallowing a handful of pills, but I think with the calcium if I cut it in half it'll absorb better. I think that's the major problem with taking the pills, the absorbtion factor.
I'm doing ok, still having trouble getting in all my water, but working on it very hard today. I was a bit dizzy yesterday and that's a sign of dehydration...so drink, drink, drink. I'll probably weigh myself tomorrow morning. It's been a couple of days since I got on the scale and saw it was up again...didn't much like that, but it's part of the journey I guess.

I have to start buying at walmart. I think they are cheaper than at Walgreens. But I don't see the optisource at walmart. Which multi do you take from there?
I never thought about the prenatal vit.
Thanks for all your info

Virtually any pharmacy carriesd sub-lingual B-12. They sometimes call them B-12 Dots. Same thing.
You do NOT need to pay the inflated prices for Vita lady vitamins, etc.
I use Sams Club Multi Vitamins with Iron, and my blood work shows that my vitamin levels are just fine. I also use their brand of Calcium Citrate.
Keep in mind that all vitamins sold in the US are regulated by the FDA, and they all have to meet the same standards. The "differences" are all hype, which has been disproven over and over again by Consumers Reports.
Why waste your money buying something that isn't any better than the inexpensive brands? Don't fall for the advertising lies.
