HI!  I am up early and haven't planned out my day yet for eating.  I suppose it will consist of a protein shake for breakfast.  Not sure about lunch and dinner.

Just wanted to drop by and say hi.  Funny, I bought blueberries yesterday too.  Love them in my protein shake.  I also bought a bag of turkey meatballs.  I might have that for dinner.

You just keep on talking Honey. I love it!

I have cut down on my lattes recently, going back to coffee in the a.m., then one latte on the way to work. Also, I started buying deli ham and turkey, spreading some FF cream cheese on the slices and rolling them up. I make about a dozen of them at a time and take them to work. They're great for a snack on the run if I'm too busy to really sit and eat.
Still enjoying my home made applesauce on cottage cheese for lunch. I did buy a cantaloupe the other day, so I think I'll slice that up and take some of it with me to work today. I have a long one, so I'll pack up a bunch of stuff to keep me going. Doesn't sound like much of a plan, but it all works out.

I've had to go back to journaling and taking my blood sugar count 5 X a day.  For some reason I've been dropping after dinner.  I eat a good healthy dinner but then something must be wrong if I'm dropping.  My snacks are so very important too.  I think I need to make a purse where I can carry a jar of peanut butter....... lol  Maybe I should just put my wallet in my lunch bag... sigh....

B oatmeal  2 bacons   coffee
S  fruit
L  chili
S  fruit or pb
D  meat with veggies
S  fruit cheese

I did make a couple of peach cobblers lately with Splenda and very little sugar but I think my problem is not enough protein........ sigh  or something....

Have a wonderful, gloriously adventuresome day.

Hi everyone,
I've been doing some yard work lately.  Now that autumn is upon us my thoughts turn to buttoning things up for the rainy season.  Hopefully we will have a good one this year.

Still no resolution to the retirement conflict but I remain steadfast in the belief that there is always enough.  I am healthy, happy, free, fearless and available for more good than I have ever imagined, experienced or manifested before.

My friend Steve made a wonderful meal for us on Sunday, fresh caught black cod with asparagus, shallots, bell peppers, dill and lemons wrapped in foil and steamed on the BBQ.  I've had leftovers the last two nights.  Another friend gave me a bag of homegrown tomatos so I made a big batch of hamburger chili and froze it in smaller portions.  It will be wonderful with a fire in the woodstove and a board game for desert.

B coffee, Kashi, yogurt
s pear from the garden
L cottage cheese and pineapple
s spicy bean quesadilla rollup
D beef stew
s SF fudge pop

And so it is,  CV Linda
