Hi Nancy i have no idea what i will have today so will say what i had yesterday: Finally got the muscle spasms in my back to quit after wearing the Tens unit all day yesterday turned up to max .
woke up this morning feeling lots better we will see how it goes today.
Breakfast: protein coffee
snack: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with it peppered well
lunch a ham and cream cheese roll up
supper small 2 oz hamburger pattie with and one slice of Oroweat(no that isnt misspelled) has anyone tried them they are really good.
snack cup of high protein Chi tea (homemade recipe) if anyone wants the recipe will print it off on here....
oh also a handful of Quakes rice snacks.
lots of water more than required and all my vits.

Yesterday I went off my food plan with fried potatos and spent a miserable afternoon until the runs cleared things up in the evening. Won't do that again soon, sheesh.
Today I moved the rest of the wood chips out of the driveway and into the flower beds and have an appointment to renew my drivers license. A friend advised that he is leaving for India on Sunday with an open ended return ticket. He will rent a 2 bed place for friends to visit and extended the invitation to me. Wouldn't that be a wonderful experience?
My pastor, Dr. Bill, is doing treatments for the best possible outcome to my retirement situation. I am living in love instead of fear now. All that happens is guaranteeing my happiness and financial freedom. I am safe and the Universe has everything well in hand. I give thanks for its many blessings.
I also have a couple of possibilities regarding a new housemate and I'm getting things spruced up and buttoned down for the rainy season.
