Introduction - Newbie on this forum
Hi everyone,
I've been hanging out mainly on the RNY board but have started to branch out to some of the other boards. Looks like this is an active board, so I'm sure I'll be a regular visitor here.
I had lap RNY on July 16. I lost 20 pounds before surgery and have lost about 45 since surgery. I'd still like to lose at least 40 pounds. I turned 53 this year and am looking forward to being at a normal healthy weight for many more birthdays to come!

I'm 53 tooooooo!!! Soon to be 54 in February.
Took me almost 2 years to get to goal size 6/8...but it wasn't a race for me. It was all about getting my health back.
I'm a big exerciser and picked that as my "transfer addiction" before I had surgery. Why? Because I have an "addictive personality" and I just knew I'd get some type of "transfer addiction".
...or maybe it's shopping at the Salvation Army and Discovery Shop (resale store)!!! LOL
