I am feeling nevous/anxious/excited because I have no idea how this may impact my role as leader for the two support groups.
She seems pleasant and is an RN with experience. Guess I'll find out this afternoon.

hello all!
i have missed reading since dec 18th?19th? and i'm not gonna try to catchup right now- battery is charged and i'm at mc d's again- sooooo
gosh...i know that so many of you still need prayers and big hugs and i have felt the love coming from you ....hope you know i think of you often!
cold? yea- it is but i am adjusting --michael is still in flip flops-and NO SOCKS-never said he was the sharpest crayon......i don't seem to get as much nasty weather as say nan and jani or eileen and debbiejean but we have quite a load on theground!!!!!!
gradually getting unpacked and settled tho i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed not to have the painting done and floors done. eating on real plates so it's a step up! my dryer is still not working and no clue why-not lots of places to hang a load of clothes inside the trailer--have to work on that!our bed is raised up-don't ask! so i have to climb up-feel like a princess!!!!!(thoughts of nancy b and candy meeting joyce and john a few years ago in niagra!!!!!)
brody is having real seperation issues and i am trying to keep him happy- such a big baby!!!! i love that he is with us again tho!!!!!
we're driving down to ohio next weds nite to load up the very last --hope to be back on the road thurs pm or fri am at the latest--realistically will be fri afternoon at least!have to drive car down and rent truck there-that sucks but better price considering the miles needed..
i have lotsof stories and many are not good but i know you all will survive without them--hoping in next week or so to get internet at home- it's all a cash flow issue and this truck rental is still hurting thebudget!
going out to dinner with mom tonite- i'll be her SO --haha!!!!it's her sheriff deputy unit's holiday party so i eat free so long as no alcohol!!!!! can do--it's west and south of where floyd's inlaws live...
anxious to get training in for thecensus 4 days paid! won't be til feb tho so working on the trailer- gosh i need storage space.....let's see -two hoarders living in 2800 + sq ft moving to a 1980's single wide trailer that is about 12 X12!!!!!!!!yea-not pretty!!!!!!
a few of you mentioned trying to call the cell- i do NOT get any coverage in thetrailer- we live in this metal match box down in a valley waaaay out in BFE sooo--if i get the mailbox emptied every few days you could leave a message-----it's bleak and i apologize-don't see a happy end yet!!
speaking of which-michael has realized we may never get to hawaii and it scares the beejesus outta him---me-i'm biding time.......

So glad to hear what is going on with you and I'm sure you'll figure everything out as you get situated.
I laughed when you spoke of the being a princess in the bed, as the bed I bought is one of those high beds that I use a step stool to climb into, Tony laughs at me when he stays over and, Roxie, well when I want her to, I have to lift her up onto the bed, thankfully, I am able to do it, but I am starting to discourage her from sleeping with me, as she has some dry skin issues, which means her waking me with her itching, hoping the benadryl solves some of her issues, but last night I had her sleep in her bed on the floor, it was harder on me than her, but I really don't want her to feel uncomfortable sleeping on the floor and so I decided that she is only allowed in my bed once in a while, this way she will be ok with it, especially when she is too old to get up there, if she ever figures out how to get back up there, she did it a couple of times, but has not managed it in the last week. . . anyway, hope you can get a phone that works for you in the trailer and your internet and such things soon. . .
Wishing that this move is one that makes life easier in the long run and hoping Michael can make peace with life as it is.

I know that it sure isn't easy moving into something like a trailer. I remember when we sold the house...we went from a 3 bedroom house with a garage into a 2 bedroom trailer with a shed...OMG it was pure hell!!!! haha But...we managed to do it.
You will do just fine there...as you already know. Michael may never be happy anywhere but Hawaii. That would be sad but it might be the truth. I hope not though...you can be happy wherever you are planted if you allow yourself to be.
I hope that you soon get the internet at home so we can hear from you more often. But for now it is good you have the library...it gets you through for now.
