We're rowing, we're rowing, but what are we eating???
So, since I'm still in a fog from no caffeine, I'll be back to edit what we're eating today. Here's breakfast for starters.
chiquilles, 1/3 orange
latte sf, ff
This is what happens when I don't plan:
L--cottage cheese and applesauce
latte--sf, ff
s- @ the movies (snuck it in) 10 pecans and 8 bagel chips
d- 1/3 c barbecue beef, 1/4 c coleslaw.
Tomorrow is a better day. Or, at least it BETTER be! At any rate, I have gotten in all my water and supplements, and didn't eat a tub of popcorn at the movie! We saw Avitar, and it was sooooooo good.

S: Yogurt
L: Baked Chicken Crusted Parmesan w/Broccoli
S: Tropical Trail Mix
D: Sausage and Peppers that I prepared yesterday (had wedding soup instead w/some cheese)
S: Granny Smith Apple (had one serving of GS thin mints)
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

B: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with peaches and blueberries (yes)
L: grilled cheese sandwich, with some turkey if I can get my butt moving to the store (no turkey, didn't get my butt moving)
D: homemade chili (yes, about 1-1/2 cups)
snacks throughout the day: 2 low fat string cheese, apple, protein bar. Gonna try to avoid the trail mix. Too much fat and calories.....
(I skipped the protein bar, but had a big handful of potato chips instead. So much for fat and calories.....)
Why do I have to have one thing every day that screws up the plan? My calorie count was OK, got enough protein, but CHIPS? Damn!!
Scale is down a little. I'll keep paddling.....

L: chili with 8 cracker squares
S: Atkins shake
S: half banana before work out and it's spin class today
S: half banana after work out
D: Probably a salad with ham, cheese and eggs in it. Yum!
S: Okay I'll be watching 24, hubby got me hooked on this show. Makes me hyper...I guess I'll have celery and peanut butter to munch...gotta munch while watching this show!!
That was something I disliked about the Fosomax also. Sleep late and the entire day is screwy.

L - green salad with almonds & ham
D - dunno yet. Group night is often a repeat of breakfast.
Lots & lots of water.
Didn't we have this surgery to be more healthy? Damn but I am a factory reject. Came from the doctor and have a bad UTI. Let it go too long and now I'm in misery.

3 litres of water (working on second litre so far)
& all my supplements (done)
