Exercise? What's are you doing to keep it going?

I will be headed for the gym right from work, there I will divide my time between the elliptical and treadmill for approximately 1 hour.

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

I love my Wii Fit Plus!!!  I did over 3 miles on the bike trail and about a mile of marching band yesterday. Plus, some core work that I sure feel this morning.
Who says exercising has to be boring???

I walk 1/4 mile each way to and from the parking lot to my building every day.

I get out of bed in the morning.

And I admire from afar those of you who have an exercise plan and actually stick to it.

I'm bad, but I'm honest.

I do much better when I can actually get outdoors without feeling like my blood is going to freeze in my veins or falling flat on my ass on the ice and snow.  It's been a long winter, and it ain't over.....

I'm with you Candy.  The weather hasn't been the best for walking, and that's about all I do.  I take the dogs for about a mile-2 miles when I do walk.  When the new Y opens next year I'm going to be a charter member, but until then....

I fell Saturday and my neck has been bothering me since then.  I fell on my knee, so why my neck?

Oh well.  Spring is on the way, somewhere.

Hi Laureen,
I will be doing spin class and I'll be taking a walk during my break around the hospital.

I have to always be changing my work outs. I did Pilate's/Yoga in the water for a change, I need a harder work out.

I would love to go to the Zumba class but it's not til 6:40pm and I have at least a half hour drive home after workouts. Too late for me. Ideal work out for me is to go directly to the gym after work.
