Exercise? What's are you doing to keep it going?

I get out of bed in the morning.
And I admire from afar those of you who have an exercise plan and actually stick to it.
I'm bad, but I'm honest.
I do much better when I can actually get outdoors without feeling like my blood is going to freeze in my veins or falling flat on my ass on the ice and snow. It's been a long winter, and it ain't over.....
Must you rub it in that you and Louise are going cruising :(

I fell Saturday and my neck has been bothering me since then. I fell on my knee, so why my neck?
Oh well. Spring is on the way, somewhere.

Hi Laureen,
I will be doing spin class and I'll be taking a walk during my break around the hospital.
I have to always be changing my work outs. I did Pilate's/Yoga in the water for a change, I need a harder work out.
I would love to go to the Zumba class but it's not til 6:40pm and I have at least a half hour drive home after workouts. Too late for me. Ideal work out for me is to go directly to the gym after work.
