I won't bore you with the grizzly details of my day yesterday, it's on the Daily thread. Leave it to say everything about yesterday sucked.

Today's gonna be better!

s--late start, so probably nothing nope, found time to have 3/4 orange and 10 pecans

l-- wendy's chili  add 4 saltines

s-???   cottage cheese w/ freshly made applesauce....yummo

D---can't decide if I shold make stuffed cabbage rolls, or Laureen's cabbage soup. I'll ask Gary, then edit the day later. Gary voted for the soup, which I made on the stove top. It was very good with a slice of beer bread.

smart ones mini bag of popcorn.

All in all, it was a good day!

Good Morning!

Susan, I'm so sorry you had such an awful day yesterday.  It can only get better today, right???

Today's plan:

B:  The usual..cottage cheese and fruit
S:  I'm thinking nothing.  Haven't even had breakfast yet.
L:  Grilled turkey and cheese sandwich
S:  V-8 juice
D:  Salmon patties with mushroom soup "gravy".  Maybe a little sweet potato if I have room
S:  Probably a couple of low fat cheese sticks.

This is getting easier.  Thank you all for helping me stay accountable.

It does get better, doesn't it?  I decided that all that flying by the seat of my pants gets me is bigger pants!  Planning is the way to go

Atkins shake if hunger returns, soup doesn't hold me much....

I looked up the Brownberry's bread and in this neck of the woods it's made by Orowheat. I'm going to look at the store for this. The nut info looks great!

I did well all day yesterday...then my old buddy Rosemary & I went to Red Lobster for our Christmas get-together. I indulged in a cheese/garlic biscuit..had sald with low fat dressing..ordered broccoli while she took the fries, had grilled shrimp while she took the peach-bourbon chicken & shrimp...had water while she had wine..so I figured that I was not going strsight to hell in a handbasket..then we split one dessert since it was part of the "package" we bought..a two can eat for $34.99 special. Even gave my mint to JB....lol.

Today,I had the last of my Matrix 5.0 Hot Chocolate protein drink...waiting for my deleivery of more. So this is how my day will hopefully go:

B  hot chocolate protein drink (done)

S  banana stuffed w/ peanut butter (done)

L  2 hard-boiled eggs mashed w/a bit of mayo and spread on multigrain crackers  (done)

S   piece of hard cheese

D   leftover grilled shrimp & steamed broccoli from last night's dinner @ Red Lobster

S   unknown
