WHAT'S GNU WITH YOU ON THURSDAY?
Good morning OFF family.
Great news so far today. Angel is still with us. The vet is checking stuff so hubby took her home and I bought some canned dog food. She ate the whole can last night!! She kept it down and seemed to sleep well last night. I got up and checked on her several times and overslept til 0630! Wow...I usually wake up at 5am without an alarm clock. Hubby takes Angel back in today at 3:30, his eldest daughter is going with him so he has support. So I'm up in the air if Angel will greet me tonight when I get home. Ellie, Jake and Sophie stay at her side and normally those 3 vie for my lap, not last night, they were at Angel's side. Doggies are so smart.
I brought my momma cat into work today. Granddaughter Rozzie calls her Snickers...I can't do that...makes me want a snickers!! LOL Rozzie calls her kitty Milky Way, I can't do that either...makes me want a Milky Way and I don't even like them! LOL . A girlfriend is going to momma cat home to see if it's a good fit.
Work is busy. Maybe next week it will quiet down, especially when my boss comes back on Wed. Her mom died and they live in Ludington so on Saturday my hubby and I will be going to the funeral service. I'm glad Kathy's mom is at peace. She fought so hard.
On a lighter note, I'm done detoxing my body of sugar. It was hard but dang...I feel better. I'll be mindful if I want some sweets from now on. I've come to the conclusion that yep, I really do need to be careful eating sweets now. When I think about it I guess I would prefer crunch and salt. Well at least during Lent it's no sweets for me anyway.

well not much new here its just a SOS just a different day...lol
weather last night said we could get a wintery mix freezing drizzle and snow...well i only see a very light dusting of snow on my car when i took bandit outside for his morning potty walk. so thats good. but they are now saying another 1-2 inches of snow today. sune was out but its gone now. sighs...
working today 1230-530 and taking rick for update on his food stamps. hope they let him keep them or we are sunk.

Good morning everyone. I'm finally committing to ride my stationary bike every day. I need to move it and lose it!
Yesterday Michael started his liquids for surgery. It helped me last night not to have to avoid temptation. I did liquid dinner with him! Upped my protein with a protein drink - so that was good. I'm feeling good today, but tired. I woke up during the night and couldn't get back to sleep! Oh, well, I'll sleep well tonight.
I'm working away at work today and a bit of shopping after work, then a relaxing night. Not exciting, but needed~ I'm tired.

I planned to visit Marcy but the roads were too mushy and she lives quite a distance away. Sorry Marcy.
My therapist tried to convince me that Tom pesters about eating because he cares. Didn't work. I told her that if he doesn't stop real soon ... he's going to be talking in a high squeaky voice.
