We're sailing and rowing, sometimes in circles. What are you eating?
Yesterday I stayed below 1000 calories. Not bad at all. Actually, I felt better not having to eat when I wasn't hungry. Hmmmm. What a concept! Let's see how today goes. The gal who I was giving all my too small clothes to didn't show up the other night, so maybe I can fit into some of them before I hand them over. Again, we'll see. No expectations, I'm just saying "we'll see".

s---cottage w/ nsa cherry pie filling
lots and lots and lots of water and protein coffee. Didn't sleep well, so I need the caffeine!!!!

Congratulations on staying on target yesterday.�
Don't give away your small clothes!� They'll fit again in no time.
Do you have consignment shops where you live?� I buy and sell clothes at a consignment shop here, and it's a great deal.� The clothes are in excellent condition, and when something gets too big, I just sell it.� The owner tells me that a heavy set transvestite loves my evening dresses.
Here is the plan for today (green font = done)
B - Cottage cheese pancake, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1/2 apple
S -� 1 oz mixed nuts
L�- 6 oz black bean soup
S - Detour bar
D - Chicken salad, carrot chips.
S - Muscle milk light
Exercise:� 5:30 a.m. Sweatin' to the Oldies III,�Core and upper body weight�training tonight.

morning susan and others here...
well yesterday was far better than the day before!!! i didn't fall to far from the boat!! ;-) we solved the potato chips in the house!!! he buys the salt and vinegar ones now!!! i HATE those and to me they stink terrible and i will NOT eat them at all!!! the auditors still haven't shown up at work and i was chilled and i made me some hot tea and hid the cup!!! lol i am not allowed to have anything to drink or eat back there til the auditors have come and gone. :-( but i am still getting my water in with a drink everytime i go out to clean up the area so its not to bad. but i do miss my big glass and drinking more.
well here is todays agenda for me....
b. hot tea then banana and peanut butter
s. cheese sticks
l. tuna on lettuce leaves
s. cheese sticks
d. shrimp and a tossed salad
lots of water and maybe another hot tea if i get cold at work. long hours today so i can see it happening...1-9 today and tomorrow 8-430. so not sure if i will get on here tomorrow or not. but i will stick to the plan on getting this weight gain off!!! have a great day and keep rowing....;-)
