Calm waters or rapids. How's your boat floatin'?

I've been having trouble with GIRD so eating has been a problem for me.
B - Protein Bar, 4 oz. applesauce
L - Progresso Chicken Barley Soup - I ate all the chicken out of it and only half the soup portion.
S - Yogurt
D - Chicken and Veggies
Vitamins with Iron, Calcium and Vitamin D, and water, water, water.

Carla, when you work in the hospital it very common that "you have to prove yourself" which you DON'T have to do by the way. It's sometimes dog eat dog world on some levels. People are afraid that others will like you more especially if you are good at what you are doing. It's the Jr. High mentality level I call i****ch your back with that one.
Im doin good today,,day one of the 5 day pouch test. I have had a couple protein drinks so far and coffee.
Ill admit Im feeling hungry, but Im determined to detox!
Ill get my water in today too,,and my supplements. After all the encouragement I have recieved since my first post in a long time,,I feel empowered!!

protein coffee for breakfast
1 oz peppered beef jerky am snack
chicken salad for lunch
cottage cheese "mouse" for snack in pm
thinking about a cheese and mushroom omlette for supper. I am holding off till later so maybe I won't be tempted to snack after.
I'm leaving the carbs alone and doing well with that. I'm getting in 80 oz of water/day again and taking all of my supplements. I'm down a few lbs. already. I WILL REACH GOAL!!!!
I had gotten in a rut with my eating too. Started eating wayyyy too many carbs. Being too sick to eat with a stomach bug for a few days went a long way to helping me with the carb thing. I also threw out all the stuff that tempts me the most.
Ya'll have a good evening. State showed up today for our annual survey. That means long days for the rest of the wee****il they are done and gone. I'm just glad they are finally here so we can get it over with lol.
