I'm rowing and making the right food choices. It's hard when you want comfort food isn't it???

B: Atkins shake with coffee mixed in
S: apple
S: 6 Walnuts
L: turkey wrap or vegertarian chili, will decide when I get there.
S: grapefruit
half of banana before workout and half after workout
D: pork and veggies
S: depending on my mood: baby carrots, pickles or Muscle Milk Light

I'm drinking my water right now. Making sure I'm taking my vits.
Damn stress!!!!!!!!

D-chicken....not sure what I am doing with it yet

Ok here is the add on.
1/2 cup homemade chili
1 cracker and 1 ounce of cheese swiss
1 tall starbucks got to get the starbucks in did you know it was a daily food group!!!!!

I had a great food day today until about 4pm...then took a few too many liberties but still not terrible.  I'll make up for it with my dinner selection tonight.

Bkfst - Oatmeal
Snack - 1/2 apple
Lunch - 3.5 oz salmon, grilled veg (zucc, peppers, carrots), 1/2 tangerine
Snack - 1 apple, 2 pumpkin cookies, a couple almonds, 3 ritz crackers, 1 pcs choc
Dinner - Protein powder drink, 1/2 cup cottage cheese

I still have calories left over but I'll stop here...LOL
