Hi Debbie,
I don't like it but I know I have to do it.

I do feel better after I exercise....you'd think that alone would be enough for me to actually enjoy it.
Like I said for me I want to stay healthy, heart healthy, keep my cholesterol low so exercise (especially cardio) has to be a regular part of my life.

Sooo I'm going to be heading out in a little while to do my power walk with Buddy..just letting the temp get a little higher

Ya know exercise is hard to be "passionate" about. It's just something we have to do. Our bodies will thank us in the long run.

Finding several exercises you like to do is the key. I love anything in the water. I tolerate spin class because my BF Deb absolutely loves it. Me...I tolerate it.
I do better in the classrooms being lead by an instructor. Okay...I am the class clown in a classroom setting...you will hear me moan and groan and call out for "MOMMA"!!!

Having work out buddies is a plus. It's really not about motivation to exercise. It's a frame of mind to Just Do It!
Am I really addicted to exercise. NOPE! I tell myself I did pick exercise as my "transfer addiction" but really I am just like everyone else. It would be so easy for me to slack off and not go to the gym...but I gotta go. Hence the term: Lifestyle Change!
