OK, here is Dr. Oz's belly busting smoothie.
1 cup juice (I use SoBe 0-cal vitamin water)
1 handful berries (Unsweetened frozen berries)
2 T whey protein powder (vanilla)
1 T wheat germ
1. T Flax meal
1 T ground psylium husks
1 T Chia seeds
3 ice cubes (optional)
Mix in blender on hi speed and drink immediately.
Enjoy!
