I am finally feeling like I might live..thank goodness...I was really getting worried.

B-high protein drink

L-chicken and veggie stir fry

D-steak and mixed veggies

S-cheese and ????

B: sandwich thin bread with 2 oz of ham, toasted
S: atkins shake with coffee
S: tangerine
L: potato soup and prime rib
S: tangerine
D: don't know probably hamburger patty
S: pickles
S: SF fudge bar

OK, here is Dr. Oz's belly busting smoothie.

1 cup juice (I use SoBe 0-cal vitamin water)
1 handful berries (Unsweetened frozen berries)
2 T whey protein powder (vanilla)
1 T wheat germ
1. T Flax meal
1 T ground psylium husks
1 T Chia seeds
3 ice cubes (optional)
 Mix in blender on hi speed and drink immediately.
