B: Atkins shake mixed with coffee
S: apple
L: vegetarian chili and Steak soup mixed together
S: grapefruit
S: Atkins Almond crunch bar
S: half of banana before spin class, half after spin class
D: beef and veggies
S: if needed celery and PB

Late ... as always.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - a couple of green beans, 1/2 slice deli ham
D - meat sauce on green beans
S - apple & pb

I am so glad you are okay. The thought of a tornado would result in a screaming, hysterical fit!!!! Yikes

There's something everywhere you go. I won't go out my front door if there is a HINT of ice. Sometimes even snow. We don't even own a snow shovel...lol

Afternoon Susan,

Had a real busy morning here at work, so this is what I'm eating today. . .

B:  WW Light Thomas' english with mozzarella and turkey bacon

S:  Light n fit yogurt with some Trader Joe's granola mixed in (about 3 tablespoons)

L:  Italian Wedding Soup w/about 1/4 cup of homemade chicken/avacado salad

S:  SF Jello with Fresh Fruit incorporated (Strawberries, Banana, Mango, Pineapple)

D:  Small piece of salmon and brocolli (leftover from earlier in week)

S:  Skinny Vanilla Latte


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

I might have to try making Italian Wedding Soup sometime. I've had it in restaurants and love it, but have never made it.

Susan it's pretty easy, just the tiny meatballs take time, otherwise it's a breeze, especially if you use the low fat/sodium canned chicken broth ;)   This weekend I am going to make another batch of my split pea and ham soup, figure it will be the last batch before warmer weather arrives. . .

Hello, Susan!

Posting from Myrtle beach on my new laptop! (my birthday prezzie).  Having a grreat time and headeds south again Friday.  This is how Im eating today:

B     hot chocolate protein drink made w/ skim milk powder

S     1 scrambled egg

L      4 strips of  extra crispy bacon

S      roasted edamane & whole almonds

D     grilled shrimp  & tossed salad

S      leftover shrimp from dinner out
