It's Hump Day, how are you?
Hi again all,
Now that I have my cup of coffee, I can be civilized, LOL.
I didn't get to the forum at all yesterday what with one thing and another going on. It's not like there's anything to really talk about, just busy garbage. :P
My hip and thigh area (right side) is hurting a lot. I'm not sure if it's bursitis or not but I'm having trouble getting up, sitting down and putting on my shoes. Once I'm standing it's not too bad. It's always something, right? :P
We're getting our taxes done today. I'm hoping we get some money back. I'd like to use it for community pool memberships and car brakes.

Good morning Cassie. Good to see the thread started.
Good day yesterday. Took off from the part time job to go watch Eddie play baseball. They lost, and he had an okay game. Not the really good game I am used to seeing from him.
Our taxes have been done and return spent. As a matter of fact, we had HR Block redo our taxes from last year. We are waiting for an additional $790 now. I will never go to the other company again. Last year we got back $400 or so, but HR Block found an additional $790. This year the other company told us we would owe $45. HR Block did it and we got back almost $400.

Two more days of work. Then I am off from both jobs Friday and Saturday. A lot of me time for this weekend.

Didn't sleep well last night. I am so busy taking my sister to doc's I am worn out. Can you believe this one? I took her last night to the psychiatrist. I don't believe he knew I was there waiting. She went into his office and was there for 5 min. Now, I wonder what he will charge medicade for this visit? I told the secretary to have him call. I am going to ask these questions. RIght now, she really needs to talk to him, I just don't get it.
Today I am going to visit a friend who had a very involved back surgery. It seems like I have something to do each day. That is why I try to read up on the posts and respond early. Sometimes I am too tired to read later.
I hope the weather warms up and doesn't rain anymore. I am tired of cool weather and rain. The yard is like an over watered sponge. There are puddles everywhere.
This too shall pass, as my mother would say. Sometimes it takes forever to pass.
Well have a great day and I am thinking about all of you.

Had to get up early this morning to buy a 1/2 off Eats coupon on-line for a steakhouse near us. They offer 100 coupons valued at $50.00 for $25.00. you have to get on line at 6:50 am right when they go on sale. They were sold out by 6:52, but I managed to buy one. My kids love that place, so when they're up here for Easter we're going to take them. It's nice to be able to save a buck or $25. :)
Nothing in my cup yet. I'm thinking of crawling back into bed! The weather gods have been good to us here in Northern Michigan this year. We had a fairly easy winter, and the sun has been shining quite a bit lately. The snow is all gone and the ice is gone from the lake. The sun is rising right now and the sky is a beautiful apricot color. The lake is like a piece of glass. I really do love morning, but I like sleeping as well. I hear Colorado got hit with snow. Hope Pat in Littleton is doing ok.
Today will be a nice roast beef cooked in the pressure cooker with carrots and maybe a couple of potatoes. Gotta love that roast and carrots!
Waiting to hear from our realtor, and hoping the house appraises well. I have a bad feeling about it tho. I hope we don't have to lower the price anymore like we did on our big house.
Got in a two and a half mile walk yesterday. I'm building up to the three miles so I can do the 5K in May. It should be an accomplishment.
I hope the sun shines on all of you today.

Hump Day!! Wwwwhhoooo...okay I live for 4:30pm Friday...wish my life away sometimes. But I love weekends.
Nothing really new with me, having my labs drawn tomorrow. Had to stop my vitamins for 3 days before my labs are drawn. I hate getting out of my routine with my vitamins. Oh well....
Went for a walk yesterday after work, my granddaughter and grandson wanted to come. So it was not as far as what I normally do. Their mom joined us and she's so cute pregnant, told her walking is the best thing for her.
She's the one that lost 90 pounds on her own and stresses about her weight gain. She is doing great with her diet and exercise and I'm so proud of her.

Good morning OFF family -- just a quick flyby to let you know I got the okay to drive the car again.....wow, I feel so free! The foot is coming along very slowly -- still doing PT for at least three more weeks. Using a cane to walk, so that's an improvement from the rolling walker. Have a great Wednesday.
