Good morning!
Today's plan is to push all the fluids I can to get rid of that salt on the theater popcorn and then Asian food I ate yesterday. I still stayed around 1500 cals, but it was a wierd diet day, for sure.
The recipe for today is for a Low Fat, No Sugar Added Sweet Potato Pie. I think you can exchange skim milk and further reduce the fat, but you might not want to exchange eggbeaters for the eggs....not too sure how that would come out? Anyway, with Easter coming up, I thought a nice dessert that would be healtheir for us would be a good idea. I'll try to keep to this theme with my recipes this week.

I want to thank you for always starting this thread. I especially like the addition of the recipes.
Someday I have to write everything down so I shop for the ingredients.

half of banana before spin class, the other half later
D: salad with pork, cheese, cucumbers and low cal dressing
S: celery with PB or SF fudge bar

I'm going to apply the "better late than never" rule today....here's my food for today
It's a weird day because I checked out of after-care this afternoon, saw my surgeon and am finally home in my own bed.
B- Eggs, toast, cranberry juice, coffee
L- Pizza
S- Peanut Butter on a lite wasa cracker (not much PB maybe a tsp)
S- Protein shake w/added fiber and 3 prunes
D- chicken breast, mixed veg (broc, cauliflower, carrots)
S- may have some extra protein
Really not feeling hungry tonight but I know I need to pack in the protein so my body can heal....I've been sliced and diced from my shoulders to my knees and tonight I feel it.
