Good morning!
My plan to post what I ate the day before is so much better than the way I was doing it before! Boy, did I mess up yesterday. Super busy at work, so I didn't have a chance to get to snacks, then I got home late so not much time to repair it. So, ended up with under 1000 cals for the day. Must do better!!!

REPORT: The meatloaf pizza combo I posted about yesterday was awsome! It's like noodless lasagna. Guys would love it on a sandwich, and I think it would taste like a meatball sub. Yummmmmo. I encourage you to try it.
When you need a salty, crispy snack, how can you do it and still keep the calories low and add protein? By making Pepperoni Chip!
TURKEY PEPPERONI CHIPS
17 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
Separate slices onto a paper towel covered microwave safe plate. Cover with another paper towel. Cook on high in microwave for 30-45 seconds or until chips are super crispy. Let cool a bit and enjoy.
Cals: 70, fat: 4, protein: 9

I think it is better to post what we had yesterday also. I am going to try the pepperoni chips. Never tried them before. Have to go shopping and buy some of the ingredients for your recipes.

My calories for the day are too light for pre-surg. so I will have to add a bit more protein, maybe a little more salmon

WOW yesterday was a tough day for me....today is better I even cooked a big lunch (instead of just re-heating food I had in the freezer. I'm pooped now and will be asleep I'm sure within the hour.
Food today:
B- Oatmeal
S- Cantaloupe
S- 1/2 scoop of Protein in 1/2 cup bb yogurt
L- Tilapia (Cajun spiced), grilled zucc and carrots, 1/4 cup rice
S- Protein Shake with fiber
S- PB on lite wasa cracker, coffee, 10 grm 90% dk choc
D- either egg white omelet or cottage cheese
I took a painkiller about 30 mins ago and it's starting to kick in....nite nite
