Exercise...."it's a good thing" - Friday

Good Morning!

I've done 1/2 my walk and weeded 250 ft of flower beds (still have to large corner beds to do).  I'll do another 20 mins walk later today before the sun goes down.

I lost another lb this week....not sure if it's because I'm being more active or it's just from the post-op swelling going down.  I'm hoping it's the swelling because I am not trying to lose anymore weight...I do not want to lose anymore.

I'm going to sign up for the 3-day breast cancer walk in October.

How about you.....what are you doing today??

Hi Ruth,
I went for my 3 mile walk during lunch break. It's nice outside.
I love walking.
maybe I will ride my bike or take a 4 mile walk when I get home...it's suppose to rain this weekend and I will enjoy this great weather while we have it.

Today I did my water workout for three whole hours! Jogging on the spot, crossing the pool back and forth and using foam noodles to create resistance in my hands...and Im building muscles..I have biceps! woohoo!
