Morning one and all!

Another day of trying to stay on track. Doing pretty well, but wish my ankle would allow me to get back onto my Gazelle. A couple of more days, maybe!

Yesterday:

cottage cheese, cantaloupe and a mini ww bagel
chicken salad w/ veggies and FF balsamic vinegrette
roasted chicken, Karen C's sweetpotato and corn (yummmm)
applesauce w/ LF granola and SF FF cool whip

Yesterday was harder, kept wanting sweet stuff.

Coffee
B:  1/2 cup each cantaloupe and cottage cheese
Coffee
L:  chicken with salsa
      fresh veg. salad with a little low fat drsg
S:  grilled turkey and swiss on a 100 cal bread whole grain bread thingy
Protein coffee
D:  Lean Cuisine chicken and spinach
S:  nsa Edy's fruit bars....4 of them, total of 100 calories
Decaf
S:  turkey and cheese wrapped in lettuce

Went to be early, couldn't stop thinking of food

My bariatric surgeon told me I could eat what I wanted, just no simple carbs.  Still trying to cut quantity, but the quality of what I'm eating is way improved.

Headed out the door.  Have a good day.

I did well over the long weekend with my exercise--did the treadmill once, yoga twice, and lifestyle cardio twice. I am still having trouble with the food plan, although I did well yesterday. I just need to string some good days together!

Hello Susan....I haven't had any appetite in about 3 days....I have been trying to get protein in with protein drinks and a couple protein bars. Managing to always get my water in...I never miss that.

My computer is going NUTS. Darned thing switched to Spanish in the middle of writing then switched to my banking site at the next keystroke. InsaneCrazy 1

B: Wacco cracker with peanut butter
L: roast beef, 2 T. mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegtables
S: beef jerky
D: salad with all the veggies, and chicken
S: V-8 juice
S: fresh homemade popcorn popped on the stove...if I get hungry and need to munch tonight.
I'm thinking I'm gonna get tired and go to bed early! LOL
