Here's a quickie.....

yesterday:

light english muffin, ww cream cheese, deli turkey
taco soup
greek yogurt w/ LF granola
1/2 turkey brat, 1/3 c german potato salad
applesauce w/ granola

Good morning Susan.....I did my best to eat healthy.

Yesterday....

B-scrambled eggs w/bacon,peppers, onions and cheese (leftovers from Sunday)

L-the other 1/2 of my Fillet Mignon steak and beans from Sunday

D- small chef salad

S-turkey bites (like beef sticks)

Yesterday

B: 1 slice of muffin toast, 1 egg
S: Atkins shake, got busy and only drank half of it
L: Pot roast, mashed potatoes/gravy, veggies
S: honey crisp apple
S: pretzels/chex mix half cup...needed to crunch
D: small piece of pizza
S: muffin bread toast with PB 1 T.

vegetable beef soup
turkey and swiss on 7 grain 100 cal sandwich thin

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - left over pork & broccoli, 5 cherry tomatoes
s - small amount cottage cheese, berries before the gym. I tend to need an extra oomph or feel dizzy.
D - chicken, green peppers, sliced apple

Yay, I remembered. Yes! Brain fart has passed?

Yesterday I had in no particular order

Protein bar
wendy's large chili with 4 saltines
3/4 cup fried rice
banana
sandwich thin

Hey Susan...

   Been lurking for  awhile, just not posting.  My lurks are quick.  With school starting I've just been real busy...but I do appreciate reading and keeping up...it helps keep me accountable.
   I'm still paddling or floating or whatever...not losing anything more, but maintaining and the sugar is staying level..so less instances of hypoglycemia.
   Keep up the good work... you're an angel!
