Good morning one and all
Yesterday was great, stayed busy with all that's needing to be done this week. Busy is good. When I'm not, I pick.
Here it is:

protein coffee
mini bagel w/ LF cream cheese and 2 slices of deli ham
healthy choice lemon chicken/pasta
meat loaf, sweet potato, sugar snap peas

LF special K granola

Good morning Susan, just playing catch up here at work. My Mennier's has kicked up again so I'm dizzy but it's getting better.
I'm going to detox my body of sugars and carbs once again. A lifetime battle with me. I'm drinking water right now getting 32 oz. in this very minute.
So my plans for today are drinking water and Atkins shakes along with when I need to much I will have an apple. I'm not hungry right now so I'm going to do this for 3 days.
For dinner I will eat chicken or tuna.
And...if I'm doing okay by the end of the day here at work, it's spin class for me. I'm went back to the gym last week. So it's a new year with all those wild crazy people with working out, the gym will be busy until probably March. Hugs Debbie
