Better late than never, right?
I had a pretty decent day yesterday, seemed to stay on track in spite of myself. Today is a snow day here and I HAVE to get going on my knitting for a baby gift the 4th of March. Maybe if I get myself involved with it I won't snack??? Gary's home too, so that always poses more of a challenge, but he's really been sticking to his plan too, so maybe it will be better than I think.
Anyway, here's yesterday:

mini turkey sausage on a buscuit (they come in packs of 2, and they're the cutest little things! I just ate one, for 110 cals with some fresh pineapple
lean cuisine beef and broccoli
zone bar
applesauce w/ cottage cheese
chili verde w/ beans and corn tortilla
applesauce w/ lf granola

Hi Susan, I did well with Mindful Eating yesterday too. Even made it to the gym and had a great workout!
So today so far:
1 piece of toast
2 cups of coffee
EAS protein shake
banana
For lunch: (not eaten yet)
meatloaf and cottage cheese
Snack: later here at work: orange and an apple
Dinner
salad with ham and lots of veggies
snack if needed while I'm watching TV:
Skinny cow ice cream sandwich
That's my plan and I'm sticking to it! Let's keep rowing gang!!!!!

Didn't go to work yesterday so my routine was all out of whack. Did go to Sam's Club and DH found some great deli meats, ham, turkey and pork...all 60cal for 2oz and 5-6g of protein.
yesterday's food:
B 5sl Jenni-O turkey bacon
L 3sl deli turkey ham w/1tbsp strawberry cream cheese
S 2"sl SF cherry pie w/2tbsp Cool Whip
D 3oz pork chop, 1/4c mashed potato, 1tsp gravy, 1/4c squash
S 12 totilla chips
BD snack Quaker Chocolate Swirl protein bar
Protein not enough, too many fats, carbs actually pretty good...calories not enough but all in all, the day went pretty good.
Now, on to Wednesday..and back to work.

DH & I are doing rather well these last few days!!! We're so proud of ourselves. We're taking a trip home to Georgia nxt. week so we went out and bought him several new pairs of jeans. His jeans were getting too loose. Anyway, he has gone down 1 size since we cut out the crazy carbs in our diet. What an incentive!!
Today:

D-Big salad with 3 oz. sliced grilled Sirloin Steak
S-Apple w/ 1 T peanut butter
