I'm in Northern California...haven't seen the sun all day :-( High winds came in last nite, rain joined in this morning. Expect it to stay in the 40s thru Friday, clear Saturday and rain maybe again Sunday. Snow is falling HARD , near blizzard conditions, in the Sierra's (Lake Tahoe, Reno, Truckee areas).
