Good morning OFF family!  Today I have to go see my PCP for my trammadol refill.  What a joke.  I don't think it is enough.  I take 100mg 2xday and by early afternoon I am really hurting in my back again and have to wait until about 5 to take my second dose or I hurt all night.  I am still taking the Savella 2xday with it but I don't see too much difference with it.  Maybe it needs to be increased.  I'll find out this afternoon.  I've been out since Friday so I have been pretty miserable.  If I can just keep the pain down to a dull roar I'm satisfied.  I don't want to take something so strong that I'm zonked.  I cried off and on for two days for no apparent reason.  Daffodils are blooming here.  I am looking at the seed catalogues trying to decide what I am going to plant different this year in the garden.  As high as veggies are, I plan to put in some different stuff this year and do a lot of freezing and canning.  Ya'll have a good day.

Hi Sybul...that trammadol is good for nothing if you ask me!!! I still have the pain and it never eases up one bit for me at all!! I wish they never took the darvocet away!!!! Now that WORKED for me!!!!!

Just killing time this morning waiting to leave for Gr. Rapids (2 hr drive) for my appt. my Dr. Kemmeter.  They were having a little freezing rain earlier so hoping by the time we get there it will only be light rain....I get really stressed out going up there, but my sis will be along and we will talk a lot to take my mind off it.

Today begins Lent -- what are you sacrificing for the next 40 days - I am thinking s/f Russell Stover choc. mint patties -- I usually allow myself one per day, so giving them up altogether will be a good thing.

Hope they give me a surgery date for removing my gall bladder soon, some days the pain is pretty hard to handle.

I have tulips poking thru the ground -- and a friend said she had crocuses blooming.....a sure sign that spring is actually coming.

Have to LOL about what to give up for Lent...I used to give up sex...but now...not sure what I will give up...maybe pop? I have been drinking pop a bit much lately so maybe that will be it! Or maybe the candy bar I sneak also...lol shame on me!!!

Wish I could see some sign of spring around here!!! Seeing as we moved to lower apartment I can plant this year and then next year I can see signs of spring!! :-)

Pat, I'm giving up diet soda for Lent, I always say I will give up sugar but nope, some days I just need sugar...so diet pop it is. I too have been drinking too much of diet soda even though I drink all my water, I love Coke Zero.

Good luck on getting your gall bladder out soon. The roads weren't bad this morning on 131.

Morning OFF...WOW just call me gabby this morning...LOL

Well last night when I came home from work the girl that lives in my old building was outside calling for her dog...the so called bulldog that is a boxer....anyhow he got outside and was lost!! She asked me if i saw him and I said no I just came home from work and didn't see any dog out there on my way in. I went in the apartment and told Rick and he was sleeping on couch...so I got Bandit and went back outside maybe Winston would come out from wherever he was at if he was around here when he saw Bandit out there...nope no Winston at all...we called and called but no luck. My back and feet hurt so bad I couldn't help her any longer. She was in tears. She said he had his collar on but his tags were in the apartment!! Now why would you NOT have his tags on him????? Any how this morning when I had Bandit out for his potty walk I saw this guy walking Winston!!!!! I yelled at him that he had Winston!!! He said he had found him last night and was wondering who he had belonged to!!! I told him where he lived but she wasn't home right now so he took the dog to the office. I know his owner will be happy that he is safe and sound!!! Now I hope she puts his tags on him so IF he gets out again he can be found easier!!! He does have a micro chip in him but that can't be read by human eyes....seems her son let him outside while she was doing the laundry...he is about 3 now I think. Glad that this has a happy ending for her even if I hate that dog!!!!

Was offered a job here at the apartment complex on saturdays...BUT I work saturdays at my other job...damit!!! Sure wish I could have taken this job that she offered me!!! Would be money taken off the rent!!! How often is it that a job comes to you???

Off today and tomorrow and glad because I am hurting big time in back, hips and feet now!!! Got a callouse on bottom of my foot that hurts like hell!!! My foot that I had the toe surgery on is giving me some problems also. At times it feels like a charlie horse in my toes...I can't win can I? This getting old sucks!!!

Well best get going here and get some house work done...might as well start some spring cleaning even if spring doesn't want to show up yet...calling for more snow this week...GRRRRRRR
