It's Thursday and I decided to stop by
Tuesday I helped our son empty the attic and then I took all those boxes and stuff to the shed alone (I could have waited for a grandson, but chose not to). So Wed by the time I was done with PT my back and everything else hurt like h*\?*{£[¥~>^%#\¥. soooo, home in my chair with a pain pill, some DVR'd shows, a yummy salad, a bit of crochet and a little nappy poo. By late afternoon I was myself again!!
This morning the DirectTv guy comes to replace a receiver that doesn't want to work with an HDMI cable, the housekeeper will be here, the Le bleu water guy comes, the Sears guy will be here to find out why our fabric softener dispenser doesn't dispense, and I can go pick up my computer from the Geek Squad. Do people only work on Thursday mornings here in Jacksonville? At least everything will be done by noon!!
Everyone have a fantabulous day!
Wow it has been a really long time, sounds like your life is full of things to enrich your soul and I sure do wish I lived nearby, because I'd definitely love to attend your birthday BBQ. Oh well, let me just say you have been missed and please don't be a stranger, though I do know that when life gets busy, this becomes someplace you sometimes don't have as much time for.
Today my life consists of work, home and an AA meeting this evening, kinda boring day overall, but that could change in a New York minute. . .
Glad to see Cheryl posted today and also wishing her husband good luck in his endeavors to get back to work, as well as wishing things go well for her Mom and Dad. . .
Ok, you all have a wonderful day, wishing peace and strength to those dealing with the more serious life challenges.
Hugs, Laureen

I feel bad answering threads 12 hours after the fact because I work the overnight route. But I will try to do better.
I can't tell you how great it was to meet everyone that came down for Janet's birthday a coupla years ago. And trust me, with you gals, it is not out of sight, out of mind. I think of you all alot.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
