Glad the cymbalta has worked for you ... I know it has made a big difference in my life. I usually take it in the morning, so I'm wondering why you are taking it at night, but do what your doc tells you. I take mine in the AM, but then I have a bunch of other stuff I take at night. Good luck with it.
Your smoothie story reminds me of working at Burger King and making strawberry shakes in college and getting strawberry shakes all over me ... I wasn't meant for food service ... glad I got a college degrees (although sometimes that isn't helping me all that much, either).

Glad you got an all clear from your doctor and you are feeling better. . .
Your day made me chuckle and I know it was not funny when it was going on, but in life's rearview mirror I'm sure you laughed. . . I certainly can relate, remember last spring, posion ivy, deer hitting car and then newly bathed Roxie slamming the door into my head, which required 5 staples. . . all in less than two weeks time. . . when the doctor came back with the results of my CAT scan I was cracking jokes about, at least, unlike the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, I now knew I had a brain. . . it was not funny living some of that, but I had to laugh or else I might have lost my mind. . .

Good evening Nancy and OFF family, it's 9:45pm and I'm working. I absolutely love this shift and time just flies.
So today gang, I got up and went for another 4 mile walk of course pushing Sophie my chubby puppy in my jogging stroller most of the time. I couldn't believe how hot it was by 11am. Ugh!
So tomorrow leaving for Up North to Mackinac, bringing my bike and going to move, move and move some more. My BIL and SIL are having a potluck on Sunday with their church family. Just what I need...more food! Okay that's when Mindful Eatig comes in to play!
I'll be back Monday night and Tuesday I plan on doing another 4 mile walk with the dogs then go to Zumba at the gym. That's right folks, I'm getting my butt back to the gym next with my workout buddy. Now that I'm getting my new job all in control and ready to kick butt!
