It's Tuesday----are you following a plan?
When I get ready to leave for work, I have my food plan all laid out in my head. Breakfast is done, usually high protein/fiber. Lunch and snacks are in my tote bag and even a couple of "extras" in case I get too busy to have my regular lunch, I have something to eat on the run. I keep protein bars at the salon, and there's usually a Greek yogurt in the fridge.....just in case.
So, here's Tuesday:
protein coffee x2
high fiber tortilla w/ turkey sausage and 2% cheese
latte
some sort of frozen WW meal, haven't looked in the freezer yet to decide
protein bar or Greek yogurt
chicken ravioli and salad

Good morning Susan,
Like you, my plan is pretty much laid out daily, most especially during the work week, different on weekends depending on where I'm going and whether or not Tony is down, but I pack my food, either on Monday mornings or daily, this week it is daily, so I know what is on the plan, sometimes I do deviate because I get too busy to remember to eat, but that does not happen often and I do eat my main meals, it's my snacks that sometimes I don't get in. . . here's today's plan. . .
B: (done) 1% cottage cheese 8 oz. with salsa and half of a pumpernickel bagel
S: some dates and nuts
L: 4 oz pork cutlet, with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes (about 2 tablespoons of potato)
S: yogurt
D: roasted peppers and cheese with a few Triscuit thin crisps
S: if I have one, it will be a fruit (apple or pear)
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

My doctor's (surgeon) opened at 10AM. Will call as soon as I get done here. I'll let you know what he thinks. (tomorrow, most likely.

B = protein bar as soon as I talk to the doctor
Snack = nuts
Lunch = 1% cottage cheese and some fresh fruit. Maybe orange slices
Snack = yogurt lite
Dinner = baked chicken, broccoli or green beans
Snack = Not sure yet. will have to think about that
