Saturday Happenings-What's Up?
Busy day for me and all of it unplanned which is kinda cool when you just go with the flow and don't sweat the small stuff.
Went to Grand Rapids and picked up our new hot tub cover so maybe tonight I can sit in the hot tub or tomorrow when I get up. It took 6 weeks to get our new cover cuz we opted for the better one.
Did grocery shopping at Sam's club and spent a bundle then had lunch at Bob Evans.
Came home and listened to messages and work wanted me to come in early which I did.
Hubby said he would go looking for a real Christmas tree and I told him if he couldn't find something he liked to just put up our fake tree, it's all good anyway you think it! LOL
So at work this week a potluck is planned, more food then the student nurses for their last day on our unit are giving us a potluck. Oh yeah...and our 3-11 shift on Friday is going out to eat before we come into work at North 11. Seems like it's just food, celebration, food and more celebration! I only eat food that looks fabulous now and never reach for that day old donut hanging around. In fact there is left over pizza left from the day shift and I haven't even wanted to touch it! Well today we took a ride back to Willoughby for me to go to the dentist for my crown to be put it finally!!!! What a relief that is...now its get used to it being there...not like the temporary one at all....so I am good to go now they said. :-) nice day for a drive but dam it sure seemed to take forever to get back home again!!!
Stopped at the dollar tree to get some things needed for the party tuesday. Why pay more for stuff you can get at the dollar store?? No dollar stores here in Galion. Sighs. Miss that store!!! Got the list of needed things way down though so that is good!!
Still working on the afghan and boy this one is looking really pretty!!! Hope they all like them when they open them up!!! Thinking of leaving here on the 23rd if we close up early and coming back on the 26th. Already asked if it was ok to do that. Was told yes!! :-) I love this job!!! Rick does also!!!
Well better get some food in me and back to work on the afghan!!!

I haven't deserted you. I just have been in bed for two days with the FLU. I can't ever in my life remember being this sick.
I have finally mananged to keep down a bottle of water in these last two days. I will have to see a doctor if it isn't better soon.
