Home from the ER

Hi there,
I went to the ER around 9:30 this morning and left around noon. At first the doctor was talking about admitting me, but they were able to take care of the problem and discharge me. He thought it might have been an abscess, but it is only a hematoma. They couldn't lance it with a blade, because I am on Coumadin, so he pierced it with a needle and drained some of the blood out of it. It hurt like H*** when he was draining it. I am home, resting it and keeping it elevated.
