Tuesday What's Happening?
Good mornin' ya'll.
Trish, I sure hope the visiting nurse continues to be happy with your progress. If she is happy, you will be happy.
Pat, you are a lucky woman to be having such an adventure at this time in your life. I hope everything works out for you in a very positive way!
Our DIL stopped by after work yesterday. Her migraines are back worse than ever, her periods are sporadic and spotty and she has lost 15 pounds in the last year ( 8 of that in the last 3 months ). That puts her at about 102 pounds. She goes to the gym 6 days a week and has for years, but now her muscle mass is shrinking and she says her legs look like a bag of bones. She has been fighting all of this for a year. Her doc just says she is pre menopausal and over stressed. This time the doc took a little more notice and is referring her to some specialists for other testing. They also took blood for more tests there. When our son retires she will be seeing civilian docs and getting to see specialists will be an easier process. I am quite worried about her!
Our son is bending a little towards our grandson's pregnant girlfriend. He has friended her on FB. But he is still not gonna be 100% on board with having a grandchild until he is sure it is HIS grandchild. He is still pushing for a DNA test right after the baby is born and before our grandson signs the birth certificate. Our DIL is going up when the baby is due. She wants to have a baby shower here for them when they find out the sex. The big stuff, people can have delivered to her directly from their local Target (where they are registered). The smaller stuff our DIL will take up with her in July. It is hard to resist a baby!
I head for OR on Saturday. I still have to take the car to get the oil changed, get my DH's groceries stocked up and get him some cash. For some reason I am procrastinating. Usually I have everything done and am even packed a week in advance! It's been a blue funk kind of January!
Everyone have a fantabulous Tuesday!

Hi Trish and my OFF family:
Hope your leg keeps healing. It's nice your friends come and visit. When I had my knee replacement surgeries, my friend Gayle from work, who lived near me, came over to visit every day on the way over to pick up my mail ... it was so nice to have company, even for a little while. I was so lonely, and having someone over made a big difference.
I woke up with a little cough today again ... hope I'm not coming down with the cold that's going around the office.
The launch of the "regional" copy desk went smoothly last night. I did work on the Henderson paper and there were no problems. We don't have any templates for them yet, but were able to work around that.
Well, back to work today ... need to get into the shower and have some lunch. Have a good day.

Good afternoon Trish and everyone...
I had a few appointments this morning and am finally home again. All that running around wore me out. My breathing is still bad and that tires me out more then usual.
Nothing else new here. Trying to make the best of things.
I haven't met up with any friends yet. I want to just recover from the move and feel better before I go anywhere.
Wishing you all a great day. Prayers for so many in need.
Much love and many hugs to all....connie d

Hi OFF family,
Well today in Michigan at the end of January it was almost 60 degrees! Whhoooooo, the sun was shining and I sat in my hot tub this morning drinking my coffee and letting the sun shine on me, how great was that?! Pretty darn good and I count my blessings.
So work has been keeping me extremly busy and I love that the time just flies by and I'm still loving my job.
Hugs and prayers for all in need. Can't believe tomorrow we will be in Feb! Debbie
