Monday - Watcha Eating Today?

B: 1/2 gutted small pumpernickel bagel lox and l/f cream cheese

S:  strawberries and half banana

L: Lamb and asparagus, small potato

S: Popcorn and piece of cheese

D: Salad with goat cheese, walnuts, pears, orange and grilled salmon and bread

S: slice of l/f, s/f banana cream pie

Vitamins, calcium supplements and lots of water.

I will come back and edit according to what changes and/or I eat for dinner this evening.

Make more right choices and try to get some physical activity in today!

 Ok.....here I am and here I go!

Bkfst:    100 cal English muffin,  slice egg white casserole

S:  nope

L:  1/2 order taco bell beans, fresco grilled chicken taco

S:  almonds, pecans

D:  Hungarian chicken, polenta, asparagus

S:  don't know, but lacking calories

All my water, all vitamins and supplements

L: fresh fruit salad, potatoes with ham
D: WW frozen dinner
S: fresh fruit salad, one bite of chocolate birthday cake (one of my favorite nurse's BD today)
S: pistachio's half of cup

when I get home, prune juice mixed with sf applesauce
